Girls Junior Varsity Bowling, Girls Varsity Bowling · Girls Varsity Bowling beats Badin 2112-1787!

The Middletown Girls Varsity Bowling team won their 2nd match in a row by defeating the Badin Rams today at Northwest Lanes in Fairfield!

We had several great games thrown by the Middies today. Senior Crystal Kroener started off with a 167, but came back strong and threw an awesome 232 game! Not to be outdone, Senior Chelsea Kroener had 2 very nice games herself with a 192 & 193! Freshman Emily Cupp came out firing also with a very nice 195 game followed up by a 179! Senior Shianne Lane had a good day also bowling games of 159 and a nice 184, while Senior Abi Blandford shot a 158! Way to go!

Our JV girls won also by having probably their best turnout of the season, crushing the Rams by 318 pins! Freshman Brendon Walker led the team with a 125 and high game of the day, a 155! Senior Danielle Barker threw a 146, Sophomore Toni Mullins shot a 131, and Junior Faithlyn Israel rolled a 120! Great job girls!

Middletown is now 3-1 in the GMC, and 9-1 overall. Next up for the Middies is GMC rivals the Colerain Cardinals at home next Thursday at Eastern Lanes.
